This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced commercial construction environment while working alongside experienced electricians and skilled trades professionals. Successful candidates will be dependable, safety-focused, and committed to helping deliver the project on schedule and to the highest quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nElectrical underground infrastructure, installing PVC, duct banks, manholes and pulling wire\nHelp install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures\nSet up and dismantle temporary power systems as required for construction projects\nAssist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment\nReplace electrical components such as fuses, circuit breakers, and light bulbs\nMaintain and organize electrical tools and materials\nPrepare and carry tools, supplies, and equipment to work sites\nFollow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment\nAssist in testing systems for functionality and safety compliance\nSet-up and clean-up work areas\nRequired Skills and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n1–2 years of experience in commercial electrical construction or a related field\nCapabilities:\nCollaborating effectively with electricians and other construction team members\nClear and concise reporting of progress and problems\nShowing up on time and following through with assigned tasks\nWorking Conditions:\nWork is performed both indoors and outdoors, often exposed to the natural elements of cold, heat, moisture, and wind\nProlonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding\nMust be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduit\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds\nOther:\nWork hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
