The RDA is also responsible for sterilization, preparation and inventory control of dental instruments and supplies\r\nWhat Were Looking For\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\nGraduate from a California Board-approved RDA education program.\r\nCurrent California Registered Dental Assistant License (Coronal Polish/X-ray/Sealants) - Pit & Fissure Sealants must be completed by first license renewal\r\nCurrent BLS Certification from American Heart Association\r\nInfection Control Certificate\r\nCalifornia Dental Practice Act Certificate\r\nCurrent California Drivers License and clean driving record\r\nFamiliarity with dental terminology, instruments, materials and medications used during dental procedures.\r\nKnowledge of professional and ethical standards of health care delivery.\r\nAvailability to work outside of normal shifts (e.g., 8am to 5pm) and on Saturdays.\r\nComputer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Word, and with electronic health record data entry.\r\nBilingual (English/Spanish)\r\nWhy Join Us\r\nWere a mission-driven healthcare organization committed to making quality care accessible for everyone.
