You will sit at our Delaware, Ohio Plant and report to the IT Infrastructure Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nOnsite Technology Support provides in-person assistance to employee end-users including:\nRespond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.\nProvide support to end-users on a variety of issues.
