RECRUITING & TRAINING COORDINATOR - LANDSCAPING

Overview Florida Image Landscaping Inc. is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiting & Training Coordinator to help grow our team by recruiting new employees and assisting with onboarding and training. This position is responsible for finding dependable workers, scheduling interviews, and helping new hires learn company standards and procedures. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, bilingual, and comfortable working in both an office environment and occasionally in the field for training purposes. Duties / Responsibilities: Recruit new employees using online job boards, social media, referrals, and local outreach Screen applicants and schedule interviews Assist with onboarding paperwork and orientation Help train new hires on company procedures, safety, and expectations Work with management and crew leaders to identify staffing needs Track new hire progress and performance Maintain hiring and training records Promote company culture and professionalism Requirements: Previous recruiting, HR, or landscaping experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills Must be bilingual (English and Spanish) Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and computers Reliable and professional Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Full-time hours Paid vacation Performance bonuses Uniform shirts provided Why Work With Florida Image Landscaping Inc.?
