You'll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with new installations—all while delivering excellent service to our clients.What You'll DoInstall, maintain, and repair communication equipment including phones, video visitation units, tablets, charging stations, and network infrastructureRespond to trouble tickets, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutionsPerform quarterly equipment checks and preventative maintenanceAssist with new installations—mounting equipment, running conduit, pulling wire, configuring switchesConduct site surveys and maintain accurate parts inventoryTravel within assigned territory (100%) with occasional travel outside (up to 35%)What You'll Bring2+ years telecommunications experience (required)3–5 years installation/maintenance experience preferredKnowledge of cabling (Cat6), relay switches, rack/server equipment, and carrier-level broadband (T1, DSL, Fiber)Proficiency with hand/power tools, ladders, and liftsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsClean driving record and flexibility for after-hours callsHigh school diploma required; technical training, associate degree, or military experience a plusBenefits401(k) with matchingHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHSA and FSA optionsPaid time off and parental leaveTuition reimbursementLife insurance and EAP
