If you thrive on variety, constant learning, and getting things done, you'll fit here.\n\nWhat you'll do:\nAdminister and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online across dozens of client tenants\nExecute project work: migrations, hardware refreshes, security hardening, design, and installation\nHandle escalations from L1, L2, and L3 technicians\nMaintain network and server infrastructure — firewalls, switches, backups, RMM-monitored endpoints\nDocument cleanly in our documentation platform so the helpdesk can act on what you've built\nOwn your assigned accounts end-to-end\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n3+ years as a sysadmin, IT administrator, or senior helpdesk technician\nSolid command of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and general networking\nStrong Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online administration\nClear communication with non-technical customers\nMature judgment and the discipline to finish what you start\nComfort with a genuinely fast pace and shifting priorities\nValid driver's license and ability to pass a background check\n\nNice to have:\nMSP experience\nSQL and database administration\nExposure to our stack: Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, SonicWall, IT Glue\nRelevant certifications (Microsoft, Network+, Security+, or similar)\n\nCompensation and benefits:\n$70,000–$100,000 annually, based on experience\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\n401(k) with 100% employer match\nNo on-call rotation, no after-hours work\nLeadership that backs you up, values your work, and treats customers and team with respect\n\nHow to apply:\nSend your resume and a short note on why this role fits you.
