Our Business Operations team is core to the organization and drives company performance and growth.\r\nJob Description:As a Business Operations Associate at Access Analytix, you will play a hands-on role in executing and supporting core transactional and operational workflows. This position focuses on accurate, timely execution while also contributing to process improvement, remote team coordination, and operational initiatives. The role is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong problem solver, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with real-time operational demands.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nOperational Execution:Execute and oversee end-to-end transactional workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and issue resolution.\r\nProcess Alignment & Improvement:Ensure operational processes are aligned across teams and systems; identify gaps and drive continuous workflow and performance improvements.\r\nRemote Team Coordination:Oversee and coordinate work performed by remote and offshore teams, providing operational guidance, prioritization, and support.\r\nPerformance Oversight:Maintain and enforce standard operating procedures; track KPIs and operational metrics to ensure consistent and compliant execution.\r\nOperational Initiatives:Support system implementations, process updates, and operational projects that improve transactional execution and scalability.\r\nInventory Management:Manage inventory using internal tools while ensuring accurate verification, condition checks, and timely cataloging.\r\nWho We Are Looking For:\r\nExperience Requirement:1+ year of experience in operations, e-commerce, or another fast-paced environment preferred.\r\nTechnical Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn new operational systems and software.\r\nTeam Collaboration:Comfortable working with remote and offshore teams.\r\nFlexible Schedule:Willingness to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.\r\nExecution Focus:Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.\r\nProblem-Solving Mindset:Comfortable identifying issues, making decisions, and resolving operational problems in real time.\r\nEducational Qualification:Bachelors Degree preferred.\r\nWhat We Offer:Access Analytix values its team members and offers competitive compensation, individual bonus opportunities, dynamic role advancement potential, and various workplace perks.\r\nBenefits:Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Flex PTO, 401(k)\r\nCompensation Package:Performance bonus\r\nSalary:$50,000 - $70,000 per year\r\nJob Type:Full-time\r\nWork Location:In person\r\nSchedule:Tuesday-Saturday (Day shift)\r\nWe're searching for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic team.
