Level III","description":"Position Overview\n\nRiVidium Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager — Level III / Key to provide senior leadership and technical oversight for cybersecurity programs supporting a federal customer.\n\nThe Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for managing cybersecurity operations, program execution, risk management, compliance, security engineering, and customer deliverables. This position serves as a senior point of contact for cybersecurity activities and will ensure that program objectives, security requirements, schedules, staffing, quality, and customer expectations are consistently met.\n\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong cybersecurity expertise with program management leadership, with experience managing complex federal cybersecurity programs and multidisciplinary technical teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide overall program leadership and management for cybersecurity initiatives and contract requirements.\nServe as a senior technical and programmatic point of contact for the government customer.\nLead planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity program activities.\nManage cybersecurity personnel, resources, schedules, priorities, and deliverables.\nEnsure cybersecurity activities are aligned with contractual requirements, customer priorities, and federal security standards.\nEstablish program goals, performance measures, milestones, and operational priorities.\nProvide oversight of cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, security engineering, and assessment activities.\nManage program risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.\nDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.\nOversee compliance with applicable federal cybersecurity policies, standards, and regulations.\nProvide leadership for Risk Management Framework (RMF), Assessment & Authorization (A&A), continuous monitoring, and security control activities.\nEnsure security requirements are properly implemented, assessed, documented, and maintained.\nCoordinate with ISSOs, ISSMs, Security Control Assessors, cybersecurity engineers, vulnerability analysts, governance specialists, and other technical personnel.\nReview cybersecurity assessments, findings, vulnerabilities, POA&Ms, and remediation activities.\nEnsure program deliverables and cybersecurity documentation meet quality and customer requirements.\nMonitor program performance and develop status reports, dashboards, metrics, and executive briefings.\nLead program meetings, technical reviews, customer briefings, and governance sessions.\nIdentify opportunities to improve cybersecurity processes, tools, workflows, and operational effectiveness.\nSupport contract transition, staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.\nManage subcontractor and partner relationships when applicable.\nEnsure appropriate quality assurance and continuous improvement processes are in place.\nProvide senior-level guidance on emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and security requirements.\nMentor and develop cybersecurity personnel and promote a strong security-focused culture.\nEnsure program activities are executed within established schedule, budget, scope, and quality parameters.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\nSignificant experience managing cybersecurity programs, information security programs, or complex IT security initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary cybersecurity and technical teams.\nStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, security controls, and compliance requirements.\nExperience managing federal cybersecurity programs and customer-facing technical initiatives.\nStrong understanding of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).\nExperience with cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and security assessment activities.\nExperience managing program schedules, deliverables, resources, risks, issues, and performance metrics.\nAbility to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to senior technical, business, and government stakeholders.\nStrong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities in a complex, mission-focused environment.\n\nRequired Certifications\n\nCandidates must possess:\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP)\nCISSP or CISM\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience supporting federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity programs.\nExperience managing large-scale federal cybersecurity contracts.\nExperience with NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-37, and FISMA.\nExperience overseeing RMF and Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes.\nExperience managing continuous monitoring and security
