You think about the user, know how to prioritize an MVP, and can help figure out what to build next.You move quickly and like to ship, while still being thoughtful about long-term architecture and maintainability.You're comfortable with ambiguity and can fill in the gaps when there isn't a clear roadmap. You like to prototype, test ideas, and learn quickly before investing in a larger build.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Experience working with analytics tools or in health tech is a plus.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with AWS offerings (EC2, S3, RDS).Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).Active participation in design and product discussions.Ability to take initiative and work independently.The base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
