practices in software development, including testing, code reviews, and documentation.Required Skills:8 + years of hands-on experience in Java 18+ development with a strong understanding of advanced Java concepts.Proficiency in building REST, microservices using Spring BootHands-on experience with Docker for containerization and working in a cloud-native environment.Strong expertise in Kafka and MQ for message queuing and event-driven systems.Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.Experience with version control tools such as Git and familiarity with Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.Knowledge of Kubernetes and container
