Primary Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION Perform HTC, pump assembly and testAbility to read blueprints, calipers and other measuring instruments, records dimensions, and other details on production logsMaintains organized clean work area including equipment and toolingMaintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulationsWorks with other facility teams (Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering) to ensure that assembly/test problems are addressed and resolved quicklyComply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and proceduresUtilize safe work habits at all timesPerform other work-related tasks as assignedFacility/Group Specific ResponsibilitiesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and testing areasAssist in identifying process improvements and contribute to team-based problem-solvingEnsure compliance with facility-specific safety protocols and product standardsEducation & Experience QualificationsMust possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial machinery assembly, or a related manufacturing role requiredForklift operation experience preferredMaterial handling experience preferredJob RequirementsAbility to pass a drug screen & background checkAbility to work overtime and occasional weekends as requiredAbility to solve practical problems and work with limited standardizationWorking knowledge of manufacturing environment safety practicesUnderstanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house trainingAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environmentAdaptability and willingness to be cross trainedAbility to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing settingAbility to work in non-climate-controlled facilityAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and repetitive movements for up to 12 hours dailyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds
