Terminal Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Terminal Manager to lead our team at our Conway, SC location. Terminal Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to the following. Manage daily operations, workflow processes, and warehouse inventory Manage multiple teams of dedicated carrier delivery drivers in addition to terminal staff Ensure terminal is performing efficiently and meeting customer expectations Resolve operational issues in an efficient, fair and expeditious manner Manage the operations budget, profit and loss objectives, internal metrics and key performance indicators. Terminal Manager requirements include the following. Minimum two years final mile delivery experience Functional understanding of P&L statements Experience managing and training direct reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Office Excellent organization skills as well as being a detail-oriented self-starter Travel as needed Terminal Manager benefits include the following.
