Senior Systems Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Systems Test Engineer to support system-level testing, DVT characterization, and lab operations for complex hardware and embedded systems.This is a highly hands-on, lab-focused role responsible for executing validation, supporting design releases, and contributing to overall product quality. The role works closely with Electrical, Firmware, and Systems Engineering to ensure designs are thoroughly tested and ready for release.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and contribute to test plans for board-level and system-level validationPerform DVT (Design Verification Testing) and characterization, including data collection, analysis, and issue identificationConduct hands-on regression testing to support design releases and ensure system stabilityTroubleshoot and debug complex issues across hardware and embedded systemsContribute to root cause analysis and collaborate with Engineering teams to resolve issuesSet up, configure, and maintain lab environments, equipment, and test setupsBuild and refine test fixtures, setups, and validation workflowsSupport prototype builds, validation cycles, and production readinessDocument test procedures, results, and findings with clarity and consistencyProvide practical input to improve test coverage, repeatability, and lab efficiencyQualifications 10–15+ years of hands-on experience in systems test, validation, or related rolesStrong experience with:System-level and board-level testingDVT and product characterizationHands-on debugging in a lab environmentRegression testing for design releaseProficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, etc.)Ability to read schematics and understand system-level behaviorPreferred ExperienceSemiconductor equipment or complex hardware systemsExperience working in engineering validation environmentsExposure to embedded systems and firmware interactionFamiliarity with structured test processes or validation workflows
