{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c87a96b207d4c2bcdbf79920","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c87a96b207d4c2bcdbf79920","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c87a96b207d4c2bcdbf79920","title":"Program Manager","description":"*This position is contingent upon contract award*\n\nJob purpose\n\nThe Program Manager leads contract execution for CDET distance education programs and regional campuses, serves as the primary interface with the Government, and ensures work is planned, staffed, monitored, and delivered in accordance with contract requirements.\n\nDuties and responsibilities\n\nManage the execution of CDET programs.\nCoordinate scheduling of seminars with the RDs and CDET staff.\nReview all invoices for accuracy and on-time submittal.\nMaintain weekly contact with the COR regarding overall contract execution and Government satisfaction.\nConduct a minimum of one Quality Control (QC) visit to each regional site annually.\nProvide a Monthly Status Report.\nParticipate in the CDET mid-year review held at a regional location.\nConduct monthly Program Management status review with the COR and report on the overall program status and the status of each region.\nManage and track requests for Common Access Card (CAC) cards for Contractor personnel.\nAttend the annual CDET Faculty workshop at Quantico VA, which is normally for five consecutive days in the summer months.\n\nQualifications\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification required.\nFormer Marine with 20+ years' experience desired.\nA Bachelor's degree and eight (8) additional years' experience, may be substituted if the professional lacks a Master's degree.\n\nEducation\n\nMaster's degree is required.
