Identify variances and provide recommendations for corrective actions.\nCompliance and Accuracy: Ensure that all financial reports and analyses comply with contract, maintaining high levels of accuracy and integrity.\nQualifications Required: Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting\nExperience: 5+ years of experience financial analysis, reporting.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, lookups, and functions). Must be able to troubleshoot data errors.\nAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders.\nProblem-Solving: Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategic recommendations.\nAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.\nOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nDesired: Experience with COGNOS, Costpoint, P2P, or Chrome River a plus.\nProficient in MS Excel.\nFamiliarity with financial modeling techniques.\nThis position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.
