This position will provide the strategic and tactical direction to directly impact the day‑to‑day quality of our products. Work directly with a cross‑functional team to drive improvements to key metrics and customer satisfaction.\n\nQuick Summary\nThe person in this role will be working in a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Engineering Technicians to meet and exceed customer expectations for conducting New Product Introductions and sustaining current production. The Quality Engineering Manager position will include direct communications with the customer(s) and making data‑driven decisions to ensure the quality product is a priority above all.\n\nTo be successful the candidate must be self‑motivated, persistent, quality‑driven, a quick learner, possess good communication skills, have a positive attitude, and be able to work independently, but be a team player.
