What You'll Do Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair in alignment with dealer and factory standards. Accurately and efficiently complete all work as outlined on repair orders. Identify root causes of mechanical and electrical malfunctions with confidence and precision. Road-test and quality-check all completed repairs to ensure the highest standard of performance and safety. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are accounted for. Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping vehicles clean and maintaining open communication with the service team.
