RTS Tactical ACCOUNTANT CONTROLLER, NETSUITE EXPERIENCE

In light of our recent success, RTS Tactical is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Accounting Manager to join our team! Are you: A world-class accountant? As an Accounting Manager, your responsibilities include: Entering, reconciling, and maintaining financial records of the company. Preparing month-end financial statements and account reconciliations. Sales tax Reporting. Lead AR/AP and overhead control processes General ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities. Collaborate across the company by developing the analytical capabilities of each department. Guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues. Maintain accounting controls by overseeing accounting policies and procedures. Protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Your Qualifications: 5+ years of related experience; previous supervisory/leadership experience required. Strong understanding of business operations and accounting systems. Strong technology skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or similar field of study. Excited to work with a Team and coordinate between company departments. Analytical and organized with an attention to detail.
