environment for custom SharePoint-based web applications.\nCollaborate with Stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, data-driven solutions.\nRefactor/Migrate legacy tool to modern Power Platform/SPFx/HTML solutions.\nBuild Power BI reports and dashboards including data modeling, DAX development, and performance optimization.\nCreate and maintain dataflows, semantic models, calculated tables, and measures.\nResearch, provide consultation, and design SharePoint/Power Platform solutions to meet customer requirements.\nDesign, develop, and test state of the art solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nCreate, deploy, maintain, test, and support Power Automate flows.\nCreate, deploy, test, and maintain custom SharePoint pages using the standard SharePoint User Interface.\nDevelop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint and SharePoint Online (SPO) sites.\nAdminister SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, metadata, and content types.\nTroubleshoot application, workflow, data, and user-access issues.\nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:\nTo be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below:\nHigh School diploma or GED is required.\nBA/BS degree and 6 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- Associates degree and 10 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above -OR- HS/GED and 12 years related experience performing the roles/responsibilities listed above.\nBachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar is preferred.\nCollege degrees must be obtained from an accredited college or university as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nTo be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:\nExperience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing support for MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power BI) applications.\nExperience designing, building, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists and libraries.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nUS Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirement.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start).\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nCandidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:\nExperience with Power Automate Desktop.\nExperience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development.\nExperience with React JS application development to include the use of the REST and/or Graph API within the SPFx.\nActive SECRET clearance.\nCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:\nThe compensation range is based on industry compensation data and/or position budget and reflects our commitment to transparency and fairness:\nThe annual base compensation range is $110,000 to $125,000, commensurate with education, certifications, and experience.\nOther compensation may include discretionary bonuses, referral rewards, and spot awards.\nFull-time benefits include comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance with accidental death and
