Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY: The Executive NCM Specialist will be the key player in creating and maintaining the bridge between traditional sources of customers for the charter program and new opportunities. Responsible for developing, growing, and maintaining strategic relationships for revenue growth outside of database marketing opportunities. The Executive NCM Specialist will meet, greet, and provide a personal level of service to table and slot customers who book reservations through our Branch Offices and Commissioned Domestic Representative Network. C oordinating cross market incentives and reservation requests; coordinating Service recovery efforts; assisting ESS Travel Management with property level issues; other duties as assigned by VIP/NCM Director, Person must be detail oriented. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to work well with employees from all departments and properties. Effectively manage & enhance the flight arrival and departure process for all charters. Flexibility in working hours a must. Develop relationships with and communicate service standards to outside partners. Coordinate service efforts and supervise operations at onsite charter check-in counter. Respond to guest inquiries & correspondence in a timely manner. Ensure the successful completion of current policies and procedures, evaluate & make suggestions for improvements in work process and program effectiveness/value. The Executive NCM Specialist enhances the growth of gaming revenues of NCM players by building lasting relationships with NCM guests and NCM Representatives while utilizing marketing techniques that encourage both play consolidation and increased trip visitations.Key Job Functions Drive passengers on charter programs that come from outside our Caesars Rewards database subject to posted criteria and pricing for current charter customers. With specific importance on but not limited to: Building a network of Travel Agents, wholesalers and FIT groups to sell distressed inventory Actively finding other sources of revenue/occupancy to help support the program Lead non-traditional Marketing opportunities (duties included but not limited to) Build a network of Airport Operators to partner with in co-op marketing endeavors Lead sponsorship prospects Partner with Caesars own Leisure Sales and Branding Departments to build upon already created programs Actively solicit feedback on all aspects of the program to improve overall service and profitability Ensure proper alignment with all internal teams through proactive communication strategies Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information Other duties as assigned Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills are required. Must be computer literate with software systems to include all Microsoft Office applications & AS400 based systems. Ability to occasionally travel for NCM functions and meet with prospective clients. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business Must be able to meet the department standards, attendance guidelines and adhere to departmental and company policies. Experience/QualificationsPrevious Sales Experience, preferably in a Travel Agent, hospitality or Leisure sales area.Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Required.Neat, professional appearance at all times.Accuracy and attention to details are necessary.Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.Experience in AS400 based CMS and LMS.Gaming License.PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and hear.
