As a Power Platform/Copilot Developer, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where Copilot, Power Platform, and AI agents can improve processes or solve business problemsTranslate business requirements into working Power Platform applications, workflows, automations, and Copilot Studio solutionsBuild proof-of-concept solutions and demonstrate their value to business usersUse Copilot-assisted development and other Microsoft AI capabilities to accelerate solution developmentDevelop reusable patterns, examples, templates, and demonstrations that business users can leverageTrain a pilot group of approximately 5–15 users on low-code development and Copilot capabilitiesConduct hands-on training sessions and workshops rather than relying solely on presentation-based instructionExplain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business audiencesCreate a reference guide/playbook documenting how users can identify use cases, build solutions, and follow appropriate governance practicesHelp users troubleshoot and improve the solutions they build during the pilotDocument lessons learned and recommendations for scaling the program across the organizationHelp establish practical M365 agent governance standards, including appropriate development, testing, deployment, security, and responsible-use practicesCollaborate with Microsoft 365, IT, security, data, and business teams as neededQualificationsHands-on experience building solutions using Microsoft Power PlatformExperience with one or more of:Power AppsPower AutomateCopilot StudioMicrosoft 365/Microsoft 365 CopilotDemonstrated ability to turn business requirements into working low-code solutionsExperience using AI/Copilot capabilities to accelerate application or automation developmentStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable working directly with business users and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to teach, coach, and explain technical concepts in an approachable wayStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to create clear technical/reference documentationPreferred QualificationsExperience building Copilot Studio agents or conversational AI solutionsExperience with Microsoft 365 agents, Copilot, or AI governanceExperience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, or other business systemsExperience establishing Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence practices, or development standardsExperience delivering technical training, workshops, or user enablement programsUnderstanding of APIs, connectors, data sources, and basic integration conceptsMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are a plus but not requiredThe salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
