The position involves the development of software for manipulating large files of data, as well as web-based tools to collect or manipulate data.\n\nJob Description:\nTranslate business requirements into refined front-end code, providing a user friendly interface\nDevelop processes for manipulation of big data files\nPerform coding changes or develop new systematic processes based on technical specifications\nDocument requirements and designs\nTroubleshoot and debug software and/or data errors\nWrite test scripts for validation of data, software, or procedure changes\nWhat you need to apply:\nB.S. in computer science, related field or equivalent work experience required\n0 to 3 years of programming experience in the following areas:\nJava\nSQL or similar\nAbility to design, flowchart, code, test and debug software.\nAbility to learn new skills, development tools or platforms.\nAbility and willingness to document requirements and design.\nExperience in handling multiple projects and with specific deadline requirements.\nWillingness to collaborate in a team environment.\nAbility to communicate concisely with clarity.\nExperience working with and manipulating large amounts of data or multiple databases is a plus.\nExperience working with ETL tools preferred but not required.\nBoth new graduates and professionals with mid-level experience will be considered for this position.
