Deliver a professional customer experience by clearly explaining findings, options, and next steps.Support company goals through quality workmanship, maintenance plan growth, and service opportunity conversion.Participate in ongoing technical, customer service, and continuing education training provided by the company. Contribute to a performance-driven culture built on accountability, coaching, and measurable results.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience.Ability to troubleshoot basic refrigeration and electrical problems safely and effectively.Valid driver’s license and a professional driving record.Coachable mindset with the discipline to follow systems, process, and service standards.Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with residential customers.Preferred Qualifications & Experience3 years of HVAC service experience preferred.EPA Certification and familiarity with current HVAC codes, controls, and best practices. Experience presenting repair, replacement, or maintenance solutions to homeowners.Comfortable working in a competitive, metrics-aware environment with bonus incentives.Interest in ongoing development through technical and customer service training.
