As a vital member of our event management crew, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees.Responsibilities: Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, equipment, and signage. Welcome guests, provide information, and direct attendees as needed throughout the event. Manage registration and check-in processes efficiently, ensuring smooth guest flow. Monitor event areas to maintain safety, security, and crowd control. Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to address any issues promptly.Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events demand. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Benefits: Competitive hourly wage: $18 - $25 per hour.
