CSI Investment Assistant II - Chestnut Hill, MA

In this position you will receive trainingmaterials, coaching, and dedicated time and support to successfully pass yourSeries 7 and 66 exams. The Investment Assistant II works closely with the assigned Wealth Advisor(s) tomaximize revenue production by serving as the primary liaison between operationsand internal departments, promptly responding to all client service requests,client appointment scheduling and preparation, and audit preparation whileadhering to all FINRA, CCOIS, CFG and state securities regulations on a dailybasis. You are responsible for the new account opening process, whilemaintaining the highest level of accuracy. You will occasionally be responsiblefor selected marketing activities including contacting the assigned WealthAdvisor's book of business to solidify relationships, coordinating allprospecting and follow-up efforts (telemarketing), serving as the client liaisonfor affiliated companies, assisting in coordinating client seminars, followingup on referrals received from business partners, and providing sales activityreporting. Travel within assigned geographic location may be required. Primary responsibilities include Serve as liaison between clients, Wealth Advisor(s), and internal departmentsComplete new client onboarding and service requests for existing clientsSchedule/confirm client appointmentsSubmit cases into workflow and follow through to fundingManage CRM and pipeline entrySustain expertise on operational processes and systemsQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications •High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant financialservices industry ideally with wealth management experience •Minimum of 2 of the following Life, Accident, & Health (LAH); 6; 7; 63; 65;and/or SIE licenses. Ability to remaining 2 required licensures within a specified timeframe.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in afast-paced environment. •Proven track record of collaboration and relationship-building across teams andbusiness partners. •High level of personal integrity, initiative, adaptability, and openness tochange. Preferred Qualifications Completed Associates and/or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.Understanding of wealth management services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SalesforceDemonstrated successful stable work history.Hours & Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-FPay Transparency The salary range for this position is $25-$26.50/per hour, plus an opportunityto earn additional incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factorsincluding but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills andexperience.
