The Returns Processor will manage all inbound shipments/returns from Customers and Stores. They will process refunds in our E-commerce Platform and ERP in a timely manner. They will report any beneficial feedback from Customers to the appropriate departments. Diligence and maintaining high Quality Standards are important to this position. Our Returns Processor is the last step in our customers experience and will help by processing returns and replacements orders in a timely manner.
