We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys building relationships with our guests while keeping our high standards throughout the restaurant daily. Our eclectic ambiance and elevated offerings will provide our guests with a unique experience that will certainly be remembered. The right candidate will provide the support and leadership to the entire team and contribute positively to the culture of our restaurant.
(2 years of consistent management experience, preferably upscale or fine dining)
Candidates should have at least 2 years of consistent management experience, preferably in fine dining.
Benefits can be discussed in the interview process and salary will be determined based on experience.
Job Duties
Manage the bar program (liquor, beer, wine)
Manage inventory, orders and invoices
Communicate clearly with management team verbally and written
Prepare schedules
Process payroll
Run floor shifts and provide assistance, as needed
Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and uniforms)
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Gather guests’ feedback from genuine table touches
