This leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional care for youth while maintaining compliance with California STRTP regulations and agency policies.\nThe Facility Manager provides operational leadership, supervises staff, promotes a positive workplace culture, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services.
