This position requires an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA. This is a part-time position.\n\nJob responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\nInitially the instructor will support the onboarding course that will be approximately four weeks long and will run approximately six times per year, and longer term will include other courses as the occupational curriculum expands. The training may include blended and distance learning solutions, along with asynchronous and synchronous approaches to training.\nHelp carry out training evaluations, and support creation of a variety of training products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids. The training will emphasize student-centered, experiential learning that requires strong facilitation skills.\nAssist with asserting student performance, monitor progress and provide feedback.\nAssist the training team with course reviews and modifications between course runnings.\n\nQualifications\n\nMust currently hold an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph to be considered\nBachelor's degree, or relevant experience may be substituted\n5 years of experience within the IC in Tech Ops\n1 year of experience teaching or delivering to adult learners within the IC\n18 or more years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated ability to tailor communication and proven ability to facilitate small and large groups of people with diverse backgrounds\nDemonstrated ability to adopt new technologies for knowledge management and/or tailoring of technology to support learning needs\nDemonstrated ability as a self-starter, to team effectively, regularly work outside your comfort zone, and to adapt to emerging technologies and evolving requirements\nFamiliarity with all or most of the following tools: Learning Management Systems, Collaboration Tools, MS OneNote, WordPress, Adobe Captive, Multimedia tools including the Adobe Creative suite\nDemonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment and partnering across the IC\n\nTarget salary range: $200,001 - $240,000.
