They must meet the basic qualifications of the job description.\nBenefits:\n401(k)\nHealth insurance\nPaid time off\nPaid sick leave\nPay: $45,760 - $48,880 per year\nResponsibilities and Duties:\nOperate grinding, milling, drying, and other processing equipment to prepare filler materials according to established manufacturing procedures.\nPowder processing, resin monomer mixing, high-loading composite formulation\nSelf-driven abilities to improve cleanliness, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity\nProcess driven to follow and improve cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\nMaintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation\nMaintain accurate and detailed records on all production work orders\nWill be required to work with/ be exposed to solvents, oils, lubricants, plastic material fumes, ground glass, flammable & hazardous materials.\nRequirements and Qualifications:\nMust have a high school diploma or GED.\nSkills:\nAttention to detail\nCommunication in English (reading, writing and verbal)\nStrong troubleshooting abilities problem solving, analytical, systems thinking\nTeam player\nAbility to multi-task in a fast pace environment.\nAbility to follow instructions and guidelines set forth by Production Manager or Superior.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
