Senior Manager, Analytics AI

Leading the charge in AI-powered analytics, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Analytics AI Enablement will partner with cross-functional teams to enhance insight generation, improve metric consistency, and drive the adoption of AI-assisted analysis and decision support. Key responsibilities Develop and manage the AI adoption roadmap within the analytics function, prioritizing opportunities and establishing success metrics Collaborate with Data Engineering to deliver high-quality analytics-ready datasets and govern the Cortex Intelligence semantic layer for consistent reporting Drive the delivery and adoption of AI analytics use cases, providing training and support to stakeholders to enhance decision-making capabilities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, economics, or a quantitative field 10+ years of experience in analytics/data/AI, including 3+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional analytics programs Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in building analytics products and using AI for insight generation Demonstrated ability in executive communication and stakeholder management, translating complex concepts into actionable plans Proven track record of enabling change and improving decision quality through training and governance initiatives
