You will be responsible for programming CNC machines using Mastercam and Veriserf, setting up and operating various types of CNC machinery, and ensuring that all parts meet the highest standards of quality and precision.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCNC Programming:\nDevelop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for a variety of motorcycle components including wheels, rotors, swing arms, handlebar risers, foot boards, and derby covers.\nCreate and edit programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance part quality.\nTroubleshoot and modify existing programs as needed to address production challenges.\nMachining Operations:\nSet up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce high-quality motorcycle parts.\nPerform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain precision and accuracy.\nMonitor machine operations and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.\nQuality Control:\nInspect and measure parts using various tools and gauges to ensure they meet specified tolerances and quality standards.\nDocument and address any deviations or defects in the production process.\nCollaborate with the engineering team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvements.\nTechnical Expertise:\nUtilize your knowledge of motorcycle parts and their manufacturing processes to provide insights and recommendations for design and production improvements.\nStay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology and machining techniques.\nCollaboration and Communication:\nWork closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met and deadlines are adhered to.\nProvide feedback and support to improve manufacturing processes and product designs.\nQualifications:\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and machining, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.\nTechnical Skills: Proficient in Mastercam for CNC programming.
