If you’re ready to apply your engineering skills in a hands‑on role that drives innovation and quality, join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer.\nWhat you’ll do Support production team to resolve technical issues\nGenerate manufacturing / test documentation for first‑time builds, technical investigation into hardware failure or out‑of‑spec conditions\nAssist and resolve manufacturing issues impacting production run\nAddress manufacturing challenges by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner\nParticipate in determining and providing an optimum plan of operation, equipment, space requirements, and related facilities for assigned areas\nProvide manufacturing personnel with training and technical guidance\nDevelop and implement lean initiatives to improve operational efficiency\nDevelop metrics to drive continuous improvement of the manufacturing process\nCommunicate complex technical issues, both in writing and orally, to multiple levels of management as well as to production operators\nDevelop, review, and revise work instructions and procedures in support of manufacturing processes\nSupport internal, 3rd‑party and vendor audits\nResolve manufacturing constraints to ensure accurate and consistent assembly and test performance\nAssist in the resolution of supply‑chain issues impacting manufacturing as well as supplier feedback, selection, and technical assistance\nProvide status information and feedback to internal customers and managers\nRepresent manufacturing at design reviews and Material Review Board (MRB) meetings\nSupport the development of new methods, processes, and equipment and apply them to the manufacturing operation\nWhat you need Minimum of 3–5 years as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer in electronics manufacturing, including assembly and test or related fields\nKnowledge of electronics assembly and test processes\nMust be able to handle RF/Microwave tuning under microscope, ability to tune and align RF circuitry\nCommunicate clearly with excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills\nAbility to organize and meet project goals and deadlines\nGood people skills, especially as they relate to customer technical meetings\nAbility to perform all environmental lab tests is a plus\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and team members\nProficient in use of standard Microsoft Office products in producing data‑driven reports\nUS citizenship and ability to attain Security Clearance\nWhat we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive health benefits\n401(k) with company match and retirement plans\nPaid time off and flexible work arrangements\nProfessional development and training opportunities\nEmployee wellness programs and assistance resources\nA collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth\nSalary Range $96,600.00 – $128,800.00 (anticipated range; actual compensation is determined based on several factors including location, experience, and position).\nWhat happens next Apply online through Teledyne’s careers page.
