{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"c7ff7776c11f339c16c9e293","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c7ff7776c11f339c16c9e293","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/c7ff7776c11f339c16c9e293","title":"Bartender","description":"SUMMARY\nMixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to guests of bar by performing the following duties\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccurate, efficient mixing of beverages according to park recipes and portion control.\nMaintenance of customer satisfaction.\nReading and abiding by park beverage manual.\nTake inventory of beer, liquor bottles, & wine and record on proper sheets.\nReceive and carefully check Daily Requisition from Storeroom.\nPrepare juices and garnish items as needed.\nMix beverages for guest or wait staff, utilizing beverage control systems as specified in Beverage Manual.\nAbide by Park & Forbes service standards.\nComplete required paperwork at end of shift.\nLeave work area clean at end of shift.\nAt end of shift, inventory beer, bottled mineral water, and wine and record on proper sheets, attach duplicates to proper inventory sheets.\nAt closing, secure all liquor and bar supplies and make a storeroom requisition.\nTurn keys over to relief bartender, Manager on duty, or Security.\nOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned. The employee is expected to work in other areas of the park when needed to assist operations to perform job duties not necessarily contained in this job description.\n\nEDUCATION / EXPERIENCE\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n2+ years bartending preferred\n\nREQUIREMENTS\nPhysical demands\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear\nMust be able to push, pull and lift up to 25 pounds.\nThe employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls\nPosition may require reaching with hands and arms\nCommunication\nAbility to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers\nMust read, write and speak the English language fluently\nKnowledge of Spanish helpful\nComputer skills\nStrong Microsoft Office skills\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that an employee must be able to handle to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
