Audit ManagerOur client, a growing CPA firm is looking to add an Audit Manager to their staff; you will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across a variety of industries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and helping guide business and process improvements for privately held companies.Responsibilities:Managing and planning audit and review engagementsApplying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issuesCoordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiencesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupervising, training, and mentoring associatesParticipating in networking and business development activitiesEarning financial incentives for referrals and business growthBackground Required:5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizationsActive CPA licenseStrong communication, analytical, and project management skillsProfessionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client serviceAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesExperience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plusPrimarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
