(4 days onsite, 1 day remote after initial onboarding period) The Candidate will design, enhance, and support enterprise applications built on the Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystems. The candidate will also work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that support complex, multi-system environments and ongoing operational needs. Required Qualifications of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 5+ years of experience designing and implementing workflows and automation solutions 5+ years of experience with Power Apps and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI)5+ years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data management Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration 5+ years of experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level system architectures Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environmentPreferred Skills/Experience of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer:Experience with application packaging, deployments, and release management Familiarity with security and compliance standards in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, CJIS) Experience supporting large-scale, multi-system environment Responsibilities of the Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer:Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Translate business requirements into technical solutions including workflows, integrations, and dashboards Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization efforts Build and maintain custom applications, forms, and automated processes Develop reporting and data visualization solutions using Power BI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and align with technical standardsWork Location: Hybrid in Columbia,SC area (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after initial onboarding period).
