Carotek represents over 85 manufacturers as their process equipment distributor, representative, and repair center for pumps, blowers, heat exchangers, valves, instrumentation, IIoT, steam, hydronics and municipal products. www.carotek.com\n\nResponsibilities\n\nAssemble electrical control panels, junction boxes and wire harnesses for industrial equipment.\n\nFabricate controls according to specifications, including layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel and wiring of all components.\n\nDetermine dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.\n\nMount components to back panels and enclosures.\n\nRoute and bundle wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.\n\nPoint to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, interfaces, and instrumentation.\n\nTroubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.\n\nMaintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication.\n\nCommunicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion.\n\nWork in a warehouse-type environment, full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., overtime may be required as duties demand.\n\nRequirements\n\nMust be able to read control system wiring diagrams.\n\nAbility to read and write English, follow verbal instructions, use simple math and interpret documents.\n\nAbility to convert metric to standard measurement and convert degrees to inches.\n\nWorking knowledge of electrical theory, terminology, electrical schematics.\n\nProficient in the use of measuring equipment, levels, squares and various hand tools.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
