We provide a fast-paced and supportive culture that provides our team members with the environment needed to succeed.We are looking to add an experienced Logistics Manager to our production team in Zelienople, PA. The Logistics Manager oversees all logistics functions for the primary manufacturing facility as well as multiple satellite locations. This role ensures efficient movement of materials, finished goods, and supplies while driving cost‑effective transportation strategies. A key focus is securing the best possible freight, shipping, and carrier rates without compromising service quality or operational reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all logistics operations across the main manufacturing site and additional company locations, ensuring consistent processes and service levels.Develop and execute transportation strategies that reduce cost, improve delivery performance, and strengthen carrier relationships.Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with freight carriers, 3PLs, and transportation partners to secure optimal rates and terms.Oversee inbound and outbound freight scheduling, routing, and tracking to maintain on‑time performance.Monitor logistics KPIs, including freight spend, transit times, carrier performance, and inventory movement.Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align logistics planning with operational needs.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Manage logistics budgets, forecasts, and cost‑saving initiatives across all supported locations.Lead, mentor, and develop logistics staff to support multi‑site operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Proven success negotiating freight rates and managing carrier relationships.Strong understanding of transportation modes, freight classifications, and logistics cost drivers.Experience supporting multi‑site operations is highly valued.Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency with ERP systems, TMS platforms, and data analysis tools.BenefitsRobinson offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes opportunities for quarterly production bonuses, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k with strong company match, annual profit sharing, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement and paid time off, including paid vacation and ten paid holidays.Robinson Fans, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
