Registered Nurse (RN) | Dialysis Location: Mauston, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,182 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse, Dialysis Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Dialysis Nurse Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday, Wednesday, Friday Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 9 months clinical nursing experience, with 3 months specialized experience providing clinical dialysis care License: Must hold and maintain a Registered Nursing license Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Description: The Registered Nurse position assists with day-to-day nursing activities. This is an important role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional healthcare. Assessment of Hemodialysis patients is necessary, leading to the development, implementation, and evaluation of a plan of care. The nurse will administer, monitor, and document therapeutic interventions and regimens. Effectively managing rapidly changing patient stations is essential, including delegating care to other department members. Assistance will be provided to providers with patient-related needs before, during, and after hemodialysis care, ensuring that needs are met in a timely, efficient, and caring manner. Triage and set up extra care at other facilities for patients will be required. Obtaining lab specimens, performing lab competencies, and conducting quality controls will be part of the responsibilities. Educating patients and/or family members regarding disease processes, individual care needs, safety issues, etc., is a critical part of the role. Attendance at daily huddles and monthly meetings is expected, along with participation in daily clinical decision-making.
