We invite you to join us as we continue to expand our culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and authenticity together.\nOur Technology Solutions Group team is currently on the lookout for a Full-stack (JavaScript, Java) application developer.\nWe work a hybrid model of Mon/Fri are work from home days and Tues/Wed/Thurs are in office days at our corporate headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.\nThis is a hands-on technical role with strong people skills:\nAdvanced level JavaScript and problem-solving experience, Typescript preferred\nExperience with Java also desired\n50-90% coding, fluent with both React.js and Node.js (2+ yrs in business environment)\nExperience with Progressive Web Apps, mobile apps (iOS and Android)\nChampion of modern software practices\nExperience developing software in a team environment\nCollaborates well with other developers, other development teams and other software-related roles. May guide and mentor other developers\nAdditional desired technologies: Relational databases, React Native, Oracle, cross-platform application frameworks such as .NET MAUI, and Flutter\nEqually comfortable coding, doing code reviews, making technology design and platform decisions, explaining technical concepts and talking with business stakeholders about product features\nCollaborates with DevOps team\nHas an eye for user experience, user interaction and what looks good on screen\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain web applications, some legacy code, using React.js and Node.js/Express, cross-platform app frameworks.\nInteract with and influence all members of product teams including product owner, engineering manager, front and back-end developers, QA, UX/designers, management.\nEducation & Experience Required:\n5+ years' experience JavaScript/Java development, 2+ years using React.js and Node.js\nMobile app experience\nBase Salary Range: $125,000.00 to $135,000.00.
