to ensure alignment with student individualized needs, treatment goals, and educational plans.\n\nAssist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies, procedures, and best practices.\n\nHelp maintain a safe, structured, and trauma-informed school environment.\n\nCollaborate with teachers, clinicians, behavior specialists, related service providers, and\n\nadministrators to support student success.\n\nCoordinate services for students with IEP’s, behavior intervention plans, safety plans,\n\nand therapeutic support needs.\n\nSupport scheduling of meetings with families, districts, and other stakeholders when\n\nneeded\n\nAssist families in accessing school-based or community-based resources when needed.\n\nFamily and Community Collaboration\n\nSupport scheduling of meetings with families, districts, and other stakeholders as needed\n\nAssist families in accessing school-based or community-based resources when\n\nappropriate.\n\nStaff Collaboration and Training\n\n• Support onboarding and ongoing training of staff related to therapeutic programming, student supports, behavior management, and crisis response.\n\nReinforce the use of trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and relationship-based practices.\n\nAssist leadership in promoting effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.\n\nProvide coaching or coordination support to staff implementing individualized student interventions.\n\nEducational Support\n\nAssist with facilitating and scheduling student assessments\n\nProvide coaching and mentoring to teachers and paraprofessionals on appropriate\n\ninstructional practices in conjunction with Associate Director\n\nCollaborate with Associate Director on curriculum implementation\n\nAssist with reviewing Behavior Event Reports\n\nCompliance and Documentation\n\nMaintain accurate, timely, and confidential student and program documentation in accordance with school, district, state, and federal requirements.\n\nSupport compliance with special education regulations, licensing standards, safety protocols, and agency policies.\n\nAssist with preparation for audits, monitoring visits, and program reviews.\n\nCompile and track data related to student outcomes, incidents, attendance, and other\n\nprogram indicators.\n\nAdministrative Responsibilities\n\nAssist with scheduling, meeting coordination, recordkeeping, and other operational tasks necessary to support the program.\n\nPrepare reports, summaries, and correspondence as needed.\n\nSupport leadership with program planning, quality improvement initiatives, and problem-\n\nsolving efforts.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned to support the mission and operation of the therapeutic\n\nday school.\n\nEducation\n\n• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, social work, special education, or a related field required.\n\nExperience/Knowledge\n\n• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children or adolescents with emotional, behavioral, social, and/or mental health needs preferred\n\nExperience in a school, therapeutic school, special education, behavioral health, or residential treatment setting preferred.\n\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary services and working with families and community providers preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of special education processes, IEP implementation, and student support planning preferred.\n\nAbility to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds.\n\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nSkill in maintaining confidentiality and
