We are seeking a professional who is equally strong in servicing existing customers and generating new business. You must be confident in sales conversations while delivering a high-level customer experience that drives retention and referrals. Licensing Requirements• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to Day 1 in the office• Pennsylvania Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of starting• Licensing guidance and onboarding support are provided Prior State Farm or insurance industry experience is preferred but not required. Role OverviewAs a Multiline Representative, you will balance production and service responsibilities across both agents' books. You will conduct needs-based conversations, identify coverage gaps, recommend appropriate solutions, and close new business-while also handling service requests that strengthen long-term relationships. This role is ideal for someone organized, energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by performance.
