Certain roles may be subject to U.S. export control laws.\nPosition Overview Technical Coordinator supporting mission requirements to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission‑driven analytics for a DoD customer.\nResponsibilities Plan, coordinate, and perform quality assurance and Government interface for training events.\nManage the acquisition of packaged training services under Cost‑Reimbursement CLINs.\nConduct market research and identify qualified training providers; solicit and compare quotes from at least two sources per event.\nSubmit a vendor recommendation package with justification to the COR for approval.\nCoordinate scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.\nReview deliverables for quality and completeness post‑event.\nMaintain training records and provide monthly reporting on status, cost, and participation.\nEnsure training outcomes align with Government‑defined learning objectives.\nMinimum Requirements Active TS/SCI Clearance.\nBachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, Intelligence Studies, or related field, OR five (5) years of equivalent experience in training and curriculum development.\nKnowledge in OSINT methodologies, geospatial data analysis, or intelligence tradecraft, and experience with ESRI ArcGIS and/or dashboard analytics or other mission‑relevant tools.\nAbility to oversee OSINT reporting, geospatial tools, and operational dashboard utilization training for partner nations.\nProficient in instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and hands‑on training techniques.\nStrong cross‑cultural facilitation and communication skills.\nExperience incorporating real‑world scenarios into training programs and adapting content to evolving needs.\nPreferred Qualifications Experience working with international partners, interagency collaboration, and training program assessment.\nPay Base pay ranges from $81,000.00 to $173,000.00 annually, depending on geographic location and market conditions.\nBenefits Paid time off.\nHealth and welfare insurance.\n401(k) for eligible employees.\nEqual Opportunity Vantor is an equal‑opportunity/affirmative‑action employer.
