Mack Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer with agile methodology experience to join our team and support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program for the Federal Government.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as an Agile Scrum team member providing software development and maintenance for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles. Must be able to obtain CBP Public Trust clearance\nCollege degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline\nProfessional Experience: at least seven (7) years related technical experience, with software design, development and implementation in a containerized Linux environment\nDemonstrable professional experience with our tech stack: Python, PostgreSQL, Java Spring Boot, Angular, microservices architecture, and AWS.\nIn-depth knowledge of both the Angular Framework (TypeScript, Angular Material, state management), as well as experience creating RESTful services using Java and spring-boot.\nExpert experience in the following programming languages/libraries: Python, Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.\nKnowledge of creating Angular components, services, good understanding of state management and UI performance\nExperience developing and maintaining Python applications, APIs, automation scripts, or backend services in an enterprise environment, including familiarity with common Python frameworks and libraries.\nCreating reusable libraries, develop interactive and responsive interfaces, implement complex solutions, encouraging quality code through conducting reviews/leading tests\nImplement new features by transforming mockups into fully functional user interfaces integrated with API enabled microservice built on Spring Boot based backend\nDemonstrated professional experience with developing SPA (Single Page Application) using a modern UI framework (Angular and Angular Material), backed by RESTful services\nBridge the gap between user interface design and technical implementation\nPassion for user experience and user-centric development\nContinuously research new and best coding practices\nOptimize application for maximum speed and scalability\nStrong communication skills that include leading design-related conversations, ability to build and nurture good relationships and foster an environment for collaboration\nObject oriented design and development (OODD) expertise, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).\nExperience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (Git preferred)\nExperience with SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL Server databases a plus.\nUnderstanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.\nPreferred Skills and Experience:\nTechnical certifications such as AWS Certified Developer and AWS AI Certified Practitioner\nTechnical Certifications, such as AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, OCP Java, etc.\nUnderstanding of system architecture concepts and experience with system design (defining service building blocks, data flow, building systems with scalability, reliability, and maintainability in mind).\nAdditionally, familiarity with any of the following highly desirable: ETL tools, messaging tech such as Kafka, application security, automated testing, UML, state-management angular libraries such as NGRX or NGXS\nDevOps experience/CI/CD pipeline.\nWork Location: This position is limited to candidates residing in U.S. states where the company is currently registered to employ team members.\nSalary Range: $75,000 – $155,000 annually\nThis position may be filled at the Entry, Mid, Senior, or SME level based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
