Warehouse Associate
Overview We are seeking a professional and detail oriented Stockroom Attendant to support on site inventory and material operations at a customer location. This is not a traditional warehouse role there is no forklift operation, and the environment is office style rather than industrial. This position provides critical on site coverage during standard business hours to ensure continuity of stockroom operations, especially during unplanned absences or callouts. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, solid computer proficiency, and experience managing inventory or materials in a structured environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure continuity of daily stockroom operations during business hoursProcess outgoing cleans and assist with incoming material receiptsReceive, stock, and organize materials in designated locationsManage return to stock transactions and fulfill crib requestsPerform general parts and inventory management activitiesPull, stage, and manage non moving inventory as requiredMaintain accurate inventory tracking and documentationSupport timely material availability while adhering to established procedures and controlsFollow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling or inventory management Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and data entry Customer facing experience with a professional, well groomed presentationHighly organized with strong attention to detailClear written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBackground in retail or service oriented environments such as home improvement, auto parts, or similar industriesExperience supporting stockroom or parts crib operations in an office or technical setting
