What This Role Is This 6-month apprenticeship is designed for people who want to learn what great planning looks like in practice. You’ll see firsthand how relationships are built and maintained over time, how strategies evolve, and how ongoing service creates trust. Whether you come from finance, hospitality, education, or another field entirely, you’ll get the training, mentorship, and experience to build a long-term career helping clients feel secure and supported. You’ll participate in annual reviews, track progress, and support updates that keep strategies relevant and effective. Mastery of Process Immerse yourself in the details of financial planning—from onboarding to policy updates and performance reviews.
