This individual will partner closely with business leaders to define analytic requirements, develop end-user solutions, and engage in ongoing collaborations for ad-hoc analysis and report/visualization development.\nThe Senior Analytics Consultant will leverage Data Products, new analytics tools, Information Architecture strategy, frameworks, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to partner with the First Command lines of business to rationalize data needs that are critical to our data transformation.\nAs part of the Data Services capability, the Senior Analytics Consultant will have the opportunity to shape the Data Services capability based on the Enterprise Data and Analytics strategy and Data Governance outcomes.\nThe ideal candidate is outcome-focused and has a collaborative style that fosters teamwork.
