Regional Human Resources ManagerMulti-site service-based organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to support operations across multiple Midwest and Southern locations. This role will partner closely with leadership on employee relations, recruiting, performance management, compliance, policy implementation, and organizational development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support managers and employees across multiple locationsLead recruiting and onboarding efforts for salaried and hourly staffHandle employee relations, investigations, and performance issuesEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesAssist with compensation, benefits, and workforce planningDrive HR process improvements and training initiativesQualifications:5+ years of progressive HR experienceExperience supporting multi-site operations preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsKnowledge of HR compliance and employment practicesBachelor’s degree preferred
