requirements are fulfilled, including 49 CFR 238.109.\r\nProofreads and edits vendor documents to ensure training materials are complete and up-to-date.\r\nWhen multiple KRC instructors are used, clearly delineates specific areas of responsibility for each instructor.\r\nManages all logistical requirements for courses, ensuring support personnel, tools, and consumables are available.\r\nEnsures vendors and subcontractors maintain quality requirements by observing classroom activities.\r\nDelivers KRC training classes covering familiarization, FRA requirements, subsystem integration, and interface.\r\nProvides consistent point-of-contact between KRC, vendors, and the Authority.\r\nWrites letters to KHI, vendors, and authorities as directed.\r\nCoordinates training classes at authority sites and verifies proper documentation and equipment.\r\nContacts Engineering Department technical personnel to answer participants' questions.\r\nUpdates and ensures all contract training deliverables are turned over to the Authority on time.\r\nAssists in designing course curricula and working schedules for new contracts.\r\nPresents written evaluations of course and instructor effectiveness after each course.\r\nAssists the Manager of Training and Manuals and Assistant Manager of Training with staff development.\r\nEducation and Qualifications BA or BS degree required.\r\nFormal technical training (e.g., military electronic courses) is a plus.\r\nMinimum five (5) years of experience conducting technical training.\r\nPrior rail car experience strongly preferred.\r\nFlexible approach to problem solving in the field.\r\nAble to travel a minimum of 20%.\r\nAble to work effectively with minimal supervision.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\r\nExperience with Adobe FrameMaker and/or vector graphics (CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or AutoCAD) is a
