Yes – New Jersey license requiredSchedule:Day shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PMNo call no inpatient responsibilities no ED backupRequired Procedures:Adult outpatient careEKG interpretationDisability exams occupational medicineSupervision:Not required to supervise other healthcare providersEstimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 daysTravel Reimbursement: The site will place preference on local providers that only need mileage reimbursement. They will consider providers needing travel reimbursements for the right provider.Schedule Days, Outpatient clinic schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, seeing an average of 20 adult patients per day.
